How to Enable a Free SSL Certificate (HTTPS)
Every VedHost plan includes free SSL. In most cases it's issued automatically, but here's how to confirm it's active and issue it manually if needed.

Open SSL/TLS Status in cPanel
Log in to cPanel and click SSL/TLS Status under "Security".

Check your domains
Domains with a green lock are already secured. AutoSSL renews them automatically before they expire.

Run AutoSSL if needed
If a domain isn't secured yet, select it and click Run AutoSSL. Issuance usually takes a few minutes.

Verify in your browser
Visit https://yourdomain.com and confirm the padlock shows. You can also check expiry with our free SSL Checker tool.
