How to Move WordPress to HTTPS
With your free SSL active, move WordPress fully to HTTPS so every page loads securely and you avoid "mixed content" warnings.

Confirm SSL is active
Make sure the padlock works on yourdomain.com (run AutoSSL in cPanel if needed).

Update your site URLs
In Settings → General, change both addresses to https:// your domain.

Fix mixed content
Install a plugin like Really Simple SSL to update old http links automatically.

Force HTTPS
Add a redirect so http always goes to https (see our "Force HTTPS" guide).
Tip: After switching, resubmit your sitemap in Google Search Console using the https version.
