How to Reset Your WordPress Admin Password
Locked out of WordPress? You can reset the password by email, or directly from the database if email isn't working.

Try the email reset
On the login page click Lost your password? and check your inbox (and spam).

No email? Use phpMyAdmin
In cPanel open phpMyAdmin, select your site's database and open the wp_users table.

Edit your user
Click Edit on your user, set user_pass, and choose MD5 in the function dropdown, then enter a new password.

Save and log in
Click Go, then log in at /wp-admin with the new password.
