How to Create a Business Email Account in cPanel

A custom email address at your own domain looks far more professional than a free Gmail address. Here's how to create one.

    Open Email Accounts in cPanel

    Log in to cPanel and click Email Accounts under the "Email" section.

    Click Create

    Press the + Create button.

    Choose the address & password

    Pick the part before the @ (e.g. sales, info, you) and set a strong password.

    Set the mailbox storage

    Leave the default quota or set your own limit, then click Create.

    Access your mail

    Use cPanel Webmail right away, or set it up in your phone/desktop mail app (see our email-on-phone tutorial).

Tip: Create role addresses like info@ and support@ so messages aren't tied to one person.
