How to Set Up Your Email on iPhone & Android
Once you've created a mailbox, add it to your phone so you can send and receive on the go. We recommend IMAP, which keeps mail in sync across all your devices.

Get your mail settings
In cPanel → Email Accounts, click Connect Devices next to your address to see the exact incoming/outgoing server names.

Add a new account on your phone
Open your mail app → Settings → Add Account → Other / IMAP.

Enter incoming (IMAP) settings
Use the mail server shown in cPanel, port 993, SSL/TLS enabled, your full email as the username.

Enter outgoing (SMTP) settings
Same mail server, port 465 (SSL), authentication on, same username and password.

Save & test
Save the account, then send yourself a test email to confirm sending and receiving both work.
Tip: Always use the SSL/TLS (secure) ports so your password and mail are encrypted.
