How to Create an Email Autoresponder

Autoresponders reply to incoming mail automatically — perfect for vacations or "we got your message" confirmations.

    Open Autoresponders

    In cPanel click Autoresponders under "Email".

    Add a new one

    Click Add Autoresponder and choose the email account it applies to.

  3. 3

    Write your message

    Set the subject and body (e.g. "I'm away until Monday"). Use the start and stop dates for a holiday window.

  4. 4

    Save it

    Click Create. Replies start sending automatically.

Tip: Set a stop date so the autoresponder switches off by itself when you're back.
