How to Set Up Your Email in Outlook

Connect your professional email to Outlook so you can send and receive from your own domain. IMAP keeps mail in sync across devices.

    Get your mail settings

    In cPanel → Email Accounts → Connect Devices, note the IMAP/SMTP server, ports and SSL settings.

    Add the account in Outlook

    In Outlook go to File → Add Account, enter your full email address and choose IMAP.

    Enter server details

    Use the incoming (IMAP) and outgoing (SMTP) servers from cPanel, with SSL/TLS and the matching ports.

    Test send & receive

    Finish setup, then send yourself a test email to confirm both directions work.

Tip: Always use the SSL/TLS ports (not the plain ones) so your password and mail are encrypted.
