Refund Policy
When refunds apply, when they don't, and how to request one.
We want you to be happy with VedHost. This policy explains when refunds apply and when they do not.
01 14-day money-back on shared hosting
New shared hosting plans are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, we will refund the hosting fee in full. The guarantee applies only to the first purchase of a plan, not to renewals or upgrades.
02 Non-refundable items
The following are non-refundable once purchased or registered:
- Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers
- SSL certificates after issuance
- Third-party add-ons (SiteLock, CodeGuard, SpamExperts, professional email, website builder, and similar services)
- Setup or migration fees, where applicable
03 Renewals
Renewal invoices are issued in advance to prevent service interruption. Renewals are non-refundable once the renewal period has begun. You can disable auto-renewal at any time from your client area.
04 Policy violations
Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for a refund.
05 How to request a refund
Open a ticket from your client area or email support@vedhost.com with your invoice number. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
06 Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly. Chargebacks may result in account suspension until the dispute is settled.
